Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra
The Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra (RKVK) is established with the idea of Sriniketan Experiment of Gurudev and functioning as per the guidelines of Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Vision ahead:
The RKVK is envisioned to undertake the following programmes.
1.Extending the special coverage to other parts of the districts in collaboration with government and non-government organizations.
2.Organizes on and off campus trainings for the farmers and growers of the locality on crop science, horticulture, plant protection, home science, animal science etc. for dissemination & refinement of technologies as well as for farm advisory services.
